The beef is raised and finished here in Treadway, TN and the same expectations you have with our longhorn beef are met with no vaccines, hormones, antibiotics and pasture-raised and rotated. The DEPOSIT secures your reservation for grass-fed and finished longhorn whole beef.

Half Beef Shares are priced at $10/# based on the CUT & PACKED WEIGHT. Customers can customize their share packages with an editable worksheet that will be emailed up receipt of the deposit. Final price determined prior to delivery to your greater Knoxville location. EXPECT HIGHER WEIGHT YIELDS DUE THE NATURE OF THE LARGER BEEF ANIMALS.
