“Meat” Allen & Kimberly Keiter, owners and operators of 4 Corners Ranch!
Moving to East TN in 2010 for its beautiful scenery and temperate seasons, they started raising Longhorn Beef in 2014. Their primary goal is to offer a naturally lean, healthier alternative to conventional beef products. Allen brings
his years on the family farm experience to the table, while Kimberly’s background is in communications & business management. Their two sons, Sean and Joey, and new Daughter in law Kaity are all involved in all aspects of the
business.

Our Practices
We chose this breed for its superior meat quality.
Naturally Lean
Longhorn meat is naturally lean, and only feeding them natural diet of grasses keeps them lean!
Omega-3 Fats
Because our cattle only consume grass them convert a high amount Omega-3s from the grass into their meat for us to consume.
Hardy Breed
Longhorns are a very healthy breed, meaning they are not easily prone to diseases or illness like some other breeds.
Sustainable
We use all sustainable farming practices on our farm. Taking a holistic approach and protecting our land.
