Join us on-site here at the Ranch  from 11A til 2P to learn  the basics of harvesting and preparing small livestock for home processing. This is an event that occurs mostly outdoors, please dress accordingly. You will take home finished product with you.  All materials included in the price. The fee is $70, there is a credit card fee added if you choose to use your card to reserve. Choose “pick up at Ranch” for delivery location and “cash on delivery” if you’re paying cash, check, Venmo or CashApp on the day of the class. We look forward to “meating” and “greeting” you soon!
