We are excited about the return of Soay Sheep to the Ranch! This breed is native to the Scottish Isles; they are a smaller, hardy breed and much like our longhorns they are natural foragers. The Soay flavor is more like elk rather than lamb. Sold on the cut and packed weight at $9/#, each package contains a variety of lamb cuts like leg roast, lamb chops, stew meat and ground.
