Description

We are excited about the return of Soay Sheep to the Ranch! This breed is native to the Scottish Isles; they are a smaller, hardy breed and much like our longhorns they are natural foragers. The Soay flavor is more like elk rather than lamb.

This package is a sampling of the best of our lamb cuts, including ground, stew, shanks and chops.
