Many folks (including us) are returning to Biblical feasts and the first of the Spring Feasts is Passover. We are delighted to share that we have  yearling lambs this year to offer from our smaller breed sheep. This is a deposit for your half/whole lamb order. Our lambs are pasture-raised and finished and the flavor of this breed is more like elk.

Due to the smaller and exotic nature of the Soay breed, there are two ways to order your Passover lamb  whole or half carcass Each whole lamb will dress out at approximately 20#, an ideal weight for roasting and sharing in a small gathering. We will be harvesting these fresh per order for pick-up or delivery (there is an additional $35 fee for fresh delivery in greater Knoxville area).
