The DEPOSIT secures your reservation for grass-fed and finished longhorn half beef. Half Beef Shares are priced at $9.50/# based on the CUT & PACKED WEIGHT. Customers can customize their share packages with an editable worksheet that will be emailed up receipt of the deposit. Final price determined prior to your pick up date. ALL bulk orders must pick up at the Ranch. THIS RESERVATION IS FOR FALL 2026 BEEF HARVESTING. We will contact you with your expected harvest & ready dates. Thank you!
