Due to increased demand, we are reviving the Longhorn Eighth Share option. This is a combination of roasts, stew, steaks and ground equivalent to about 1/8 of net weight of a whole grass-fed and finished longhorn beef. Any unwanted cuts are replaced with ground beef only.
