We harvested the young roosters that came in with our layer chicks! Not quite enough meat for roasting, but definitely excellent for cooking down for meat and bone broth and soup stock. These little guys dressed out at 2-3# each, completed pastured with little non-GMO no corn/no soy feed in their diets.
