Join us on-site here at the Ranch from 2P to 5P to learn how to prepare lesser known (or desired!) cuts like roasted marrow bones, beef heart and beef liver. Grass-fed ground beef goes home with you as a reward! All materials included in the price. The fee is $70, there is a credit card fee added if you choose to use your card to reserve. Choose “pick up at Ranch” for delivery location and “cash on delivery” if you’re paying cash, check, Venmo or CashApp on the day of the class. We look forward to “meating” and “greeting” you soon!
